I've used Aaron & Trecker for years and have nothing but good things to say. They take their time with yearly maintenance calls so you know they are actually maintaining your equipment and not just going through the motions. When my old furnace died in the cold they installed a new furnace the same day and a dead water heater was replaced just as fast. Their techs are great guys, including Ed and Greg who did the AC clean and check for me at two houses this week. Great company. Call them!

I called on Sunday very hot weekday night after discovering the air filter was sucked into the motor or whatever you call it. Marcin answered immediately and said he'd arrive in 60-90 minutes. For an after hours call that's pretty amazing. He arrived in 60 minutes and cleared the filter. Amazingly no other damage had occurred. While here he cleaned the outside AC unit which I had been intending to do and frankly was pretty bad. He also found a few parts that needed replacing, and took care of those. I used this company because the previous owners of my house had used them, and there were great reviews. The cost for all of this was very fair for emergency service, and the parts replaced. Marcin was very nice and handled my hovering and questions professionally. Really great service and for sure will call them for regular service and emergency service.

We had AC check up performed. The previous company that we have used for 20 years was acquired by a large company and I was not happy with their service. I am happy with the technician who spent a lot of time checking on the system and provided recommendations.

The technician arrived in the scheduled time slot and informed me of the maintenance items that needed attention after his inspection. The needed repairs were explained and the pricing explained. I have used Aaron & Trecker for many years and feel that their fees are reasonable.
