We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone with a
minimum of 1+ year of service and annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the
HVAC industry. Our company offers competitive salaries, paid hands-on training including industry

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
Position Overview: To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and air
conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience.
Qualifications:
∙High school diploma or equivalent
∙Pass background check and drug screen
∙Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
∙1+ years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experience
∙EPA Universal Certification
∙Desire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industry
∙Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
∙Experience making repair and replace decisions
∙Educating customers on indoor air quality
∙Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
∙Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
∙Excellent customer service skills
∙Organized with the ability to work independently
∙Willingness to invest time in training and classes including NATE Certifications
∙Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
∙Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
∙Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
∙Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds
